Console Doctor is a family run business that has been in operation for three years, however is backed up by over twenty years of experience in the retail and gaming industries.  From humble beginnings repairing consoles in the back room of a retail shop the business has grown year on year into its own fully fledged company.

As gamers ourselves we understand the importance of your console; this is why we take great pride in producing the highest quality repairs on the market.

Here at Console Doctor we believe in nurturing young talent so that along side our multi-degree awarded staff we also employ five full time apprentices. Our achievements with our apprentice scheme has recently been featured in the Northern Echo.

Console Doctor is a family owned and operated business started in 2007 after over 20 years of experience in the computer games retail market we decided to launch a website dedicated to repairing games consoles as we had been doing from our retail outlet.

We decided to call it Console Doctor Ltd and have grown from the back room of our retail store to offices in the Quayside Business Development Centre in Newcastle, with over 15 staff in under 2 years.

We have years of experience in dealing with console repairs face to face with customers and know what level of service is required.

Our mission is to give the highest level of quality and service to our customers and as we have learned a happy customer will tell others and we feel this is the secret to our success.

We have recently launched our new website and have listened to our customers and produced a website that we are sure will provide a new level of confidence and will keep us up to date with the fast moving games console repair market.

We have big plans for the future and are growing at a rapid rate but we can assure all our customers that our first thought is of good service at all times and hope to have loyal customers for years to come.
