Well its official, the Coke Cola Christmas advert with the trucks has been aired and that can mean only one thing… It’s Christmas!! If the unfortunate has happened and you find yourself with an un-well console this holiday season; there are a few things you may need to know in order to have it fixed and back with you in time to take advantage of Santa’s generosity.
Firstly, when sending your console to us, make sure you package it securely; using appropriate materials. While we appreciate everyone is busy during the holidays, items can get damaged in transit so it’s very important that you take the extra time to package your console safely and securely. If you require help with this, visit our site and take a peek at our packaging video tutorials here.
Christmas is a very busy time for Console Doctor and although every possible effort is made to ensure your console is back with you in 5 days, this is sometimes not conceivable during the holidays. With that in mind, if you’re sending us an item to be repaired during the month of December please allow 7 days turnaround for repair and return.
Finally… as Xmas Day and New Year’s Day fall on a weekend, we will be closed from the 24th of December to the 3rd of January.
On behalf of all the staff at Console Doctor we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
